We guarantee that your device will be free of defects in material and workmanship for ONE (1) year from your date of purchase. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or standard wear and tear.

What are the conditions for the warranty?

The Luminess device/system must be used as per the provided written instructions at the time of purchase. This warranty does not absolve the owner from properly maintaining the device/system as outlined in the provided instructions. An original purchase receipt, canceled check, or payment record will be required to verify the purchase date and warranty period.

What is covered by the warranty?

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the device/system from Luminess or an authorized Luminess seller. It covers any defects in materials and/or workmanship for a duration of ONE (1) year starting from the purchase date. In the event of a valid warranty claim, Luminess may choose to offer replacement parts, repair, or replace the unit at its discretion.

How can I register my warranty?

What is not included in the warranty?
  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning or soaking
  • Damage caused by misuse or use contrary to the owner’s manual and safety guidelines
  • Damage caused by a lack of normal maintenance
  • Needles, Nozzles, Internal Seal, Packings and O-Rings
  • Use of non-standard Luminess replacement system/device components

This warranty does not imply or assume any responsibility for consequential damages that may result from the use, misuse, or the lack of routine maintenance of the device/system.

This warranty does not cover claims which do not involve defective workmanship or materials. FAILURE TO PERFORM GENERAL MAINTENANCE (INCLUDING CLEANING) WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN TO THE PURCHASER IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.

THE REMEDY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES. IN NO EVENT WILL LUMINESS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How do I send my product in for repair?

To obtain a warranty service, contact Luminess at 1-888-793-7474 or by writing to: Luminess, Attn: Customer Service Department at PO Box 630587, Houston, TX 77263-0587 or visit our Contact Us page. You will receive a warranty return authorization (WRA) number along with instructions on how to ship the device/system back to Luminess. Proof of purchase required.

Shipping charges are not covered by the warranty. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product, paying all shipping costs, loss or damage to the product during shipping, and any other taxes, fees or charges associated with transporting the product. The customer will also be responsible for shipping and handling expenses associated with the return of serviced or replaced items from Luminess, as applicable.

All return items for replacement must be returned to 12802 Capricorn St., Stafford, TX 77477. Your warranty return authorization number must be notated on the outside of your return package.

Will my product be repaired or replaced?

If a defect occurs during normal residential usage in the United States, Luminess will, at its option, repair or replace the unit, or make appropriate adjustments; provided Luminess shall have no obligation to repair, or replace until the defective product has been returned to Luminess, along with a dated proof of purchase and a warranty return authorization (WRA).

In no event shall the liability of Luminess Air exceed the purchase price of the product. Any replacement or repaired product is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or, if longer, 30 days after it is shipped to the customer.

Who covers warranty shipping costs?
